1. Why We Created Ive

We created two versions of Ive: the Blue Ive and the Green Ive. Both were developed to meet different needs inside and outside the ASIACOM Group.

In small and mid-sized companies, each staff member must handle a wide range of tasks – sales, accounting, legal confirmations, and external explanations. This increases workload and reduces efficiency.

Our core philosophy is simple: “Let AI handle what AI can do, and let people focus on what only humans can do.” Ive was created to reduce routine tasks, standardize explanations, and support cross-border work across Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

2. Smartphone-Integrated AI System

Ive is designed with a strict smartphone-first concept. Our work involves visiting clients, checking warehouses, and moving across cities, leaving little time to open a PC. Therefore, our AI systems are built to work naturally on mobile devices.

Our goal is simple: to operate the company directly from smartphones. Tokyo HQ leads all AI development under this concept.

3. Blue Ive – External Information & Corporate Explanations

Blue Ive is the external-facing assistant used when explaining ASIACOM Group to business partners, banks, and government offices.

4. Green Ive – Internal Efficiency & Back-Office Support

Green Ive focuses on internal operations and workflow standardization. Its purpose is to reduce routine work so staff can concentrate on decisions, client management, and tasks that require experience.

5. AI Designed Backwards from Real Trade Operations

ASIACOM is not an AI development company. We adopt only functions that directly support real trade operations. Our approach is reversed: we design AI to fit our workflow, not the other way around.

6. Strengths of In-House Development

All AI systems are developed and improved directly by the ASIACOM AI team at the Tokyo HQ. This structure gives us several advantages.
