HK (Hong Kong) Desk

Services (Trading Business & Trade Consulting )

HK Desk is the Group’s trade execution hub. We provide Trading (execution) and Trade Consulting (operational advisory). Group governance and standards are maintained by Tokyo HQ (JP Desk).

This page summarizes our services in one place for quick review. For detailed group governance, compliance framework, and documentation standards, please refer to Tokyo HQ (JP Desk).

Important: Trading (execution) and Consulting (advisory) are provided under separate engagements. Roles, responsibilities, and scope are clearly defined by contract to ensure transparency.

What we provide

1) Trading (Execution)

We execute international trade transactions with operational accountability—aligning commercial flow, logistics, documentation, and settlement.

  • Import / export / triangular trade
  • Documentation flow coordination (PO / invoice / B/L / packing / inspection)
  • Settlement coordination and cash flow monitoring (bank explainability focused)
  • Counterparty coordination (suppliers / buyers / logistics / inspection)

We do not engage in retail precious metals, investment products, or speculative trading. Trading Business (Tokyo HQ pages) →

2) Trade Consulting (Operational Advisory)

We provide practical consulting based on real trade execution experience—designed to be implementable in day-to-day operations, not theoretical advice.

  • Trade structure review (import / export / triangular models)
  • Document set review for bank acceptability (contracts, invoices, B/L)
  • Operational workflow design (approvals, record retention, basic controls)
  • Bank/compliance support materials (explainability, traceability)

We are not a legal or tax advisor. Where required, we coordinate with qualified external professionals. Trading Consulting (Tokyo HQ pages) →
