01 / VISION OVERVIEW
Hong Kong is where Asiacom Group was founded, and it remains the center of our trade operations today. Over the years, we have strengthened practical execution, responsiveness, and direct experience in cross-border trade.
Since 2023, our Japan entity has also been building its own internal AI team and steadily reviewing daily workflows across the Group under the principle that AI should do what AI does well, while people focus on what only people can do.
02 / CONNECTED STRUCTURE
In April 2026, with the full-scale introduction of internal A2A workflows, our structure became more closely connected: Hong Kong for trade execution, Tokyo for AI and compliance, and Taipei and Manila for local support.
By using centrally managed data under Tokyo’s framework, employees across offices can now work with shared information more consistently, helping cross-border operations move more smoothly.
03 / IN-HOUSE SYSTEMS
We maintain our own engineering team in Tokyo and continue to manage and improve internal AI and operational systems in-house, while also working with overseas engineers when needed.
Rather than relying entirely on outside systems, we believe it is a major strength to refine tools based on a direct understanding of our own business operations.
04 / NEW TRADING COMPANY
Since our founding, we have been engaged in energy- and resource-related trade and have also gained consulting experience in projects involving major trading houses, foundations, and investment funds.
We aim to become a new kind of trading company that combines practical experience with better use of information, coordination, and analysis rather than simply moving goods from one place to another.
